Your rugs are always treated with care by a person who knows them very well. In this case, there's no risk of dye bleeding, shrinkage, or damage because all work is done by hand and not by a machine.                                       

1. Examining your rug

The first time we see your hand knotted rugs or any kind of rug you have, we look at it with you to make sure we can clean it the way you want.

2. Dusting your rug

Prior to beginning the rug cleaning procedure, we vacuum dust from the rug's basis; it is our job to carefully lift and eliminate any loose soil from the rug's base.

3. Hand-Wash Rugs

Both front and back were thoroughly soaked and washed with plenty of clean water and rug detergent (non-toxic).

Rinse thoroughly.

We ensure that no traces of cleaning or spotting products remain in the rug or carpet. The rug is thoroughly cleaned and allowed to dry.

4. Perfectly dry

If we conclude that the rug requires another wash, it will be carefully laundered. If not, we'll remove it from the rack and conduct a final check.

It is safely transported in its original packaging.

To keep them safe, the rugs will be wrapped in plastic. You'll be contacted when it's time to pick it up, or we'll set up a delivery time.

5. Area Rug Cleaning Drop Off

We'll let you know when it's finished. Your rugs will be packaged, and a member of the team will assist you in loading them into your vehicle.
