Before we dive into cleaning, we meticulously vacuum your rug to remove loose dirt and dust from its base. This step is crucial for lifting embedded soil, preparing the rug for a deeper clean, and protecting its fibers.

Using non-toxic, eco-friendly rug detergent and plenty of clean water, we hand-wash both sides of your rug. Our team ensures every inch is thoroughly soaked, scrubbed, and rinsed to remove dirt, stains, and grime. We take extra care to ensure no cleaning residues remain, leaving your rug fresh and safe for your home.

After washing, we allow your rug to dry completely in a controlled environment. If we notice it needs an additional wash, we’ll carefully repeat the process. Once dry, we perform a final inspection to guarantee perfection. Your rug is then wrapped in protective plastic and prepared for safe transport.
